Are Death Knights still created?

Good evening everyone :wave:

I was wondering if the Ebon Blade was still creating Death Knights, in your opinion?
Since the events of Legion it could be really possible but I wanted some opinions on this. I mean, ofc, the resurrections made in Legion were for new high ranked Death Knights but still, do they still resurrect people and do they still accept people who volunteerly come to become death knights?
