Are heirloom rings, trinkets and cloaks coming to the vendor?

So after looking to upgrade my heirloom gear i saw that the requirements for some heirloom pieces have changed. Like the rings you get from naval missions now say they are obtainable at the heirloom vendors. But they are not really there. I would love to have these on the vendor personally because i started wow in 8.3 and to grind for them is not worth it i feel. any body who knows if they are planning on doing this or if it is somehow bugged?

P.s. the items that have there requirements changed are:

Stone Guard’s Bladed Cloak
Banded Gilnean Cloak
Brawler’s Razor Claws
Admiral Taylor’s Loyalty Ring
Captain Sander’s Returned Band
Dread Pirate Ring
Man’ari Training Amulet
Signet of the Third Fleet
Loa-Touched Warscroll
Tidesages’ Warscroll
Deathstalkers’ Gloaming Powder
Kaldorei Powder of Twilight
Tome of Thalassian Hymns
Hymnal of the 7th Legion
Orcish War Horn
Dwarven War Horn

Also the items that haven’t changed (so people know not all pieces say they are obtained from the vendor):

Spear of Rethu
Defending Champion
Returning Champion
Touch of the Void

Yes i did. So the in game tool tip shows that all those items are now purchasable at the heirloom vendors in orgrimmar and ironforge. Even tho they used to say thing s like naval missions etc. And i know that blizzard haven’t said anything about it. But the fact that for 4 items it still says the original requirements i thought maybe they are planning to bring the other items to the vendor so that new players can get them more easily.
