Are kul tirans human races?
“A specific breed of human that hails from the island nation of Kul Tiras, they are brawnier than their mainland cousins but share a history spanning the wars with the Horde”
So they are humans but like IRL, just a different breeds. I don’t know lorewise if they were ever a thing, I don’t recall seeing them in the novels I read but I could be wrong. I do remember from 2017, Blizz showed a very different looking Kul Tirans with one piece of concept art.
I do remember Daelin Proudmoore was the Lord of Kul Tiras and his death shocked the Kul Tirans a lot which made a massive decline. So they were always there but we didn’t much about them. I think.
