I am ok recreating my placeholder low level alt characters from scratch to join the event and make use of the exp boost, but I wonder how things are going to work out when it comes to CHARACTER NAMES.
Are these characters created on a target server of choice, despite of being part of the event?
Or are they going to exist on a different server until we transfer them later at the risk of having to change name?
Regular servers, they’re in their own unique phasing unable to interact with regular players nor access to professions or the AH… at the end of the event they’ll be converted to normal characters being able to leave MoP.

iirc there’s a gem that’ll offer 1000%XP, but it’ll flag out for PvP to both factions…
Shouldn’t be too much an issue, rarely get ganked while leveling up with WM ON… though you might get the early game griefers.

Leveled characters can grab heritage sets after the event too once they’re allowed to leave MoP. So it’ll be a good time to level them up quick and turn them all in during probably TWW pre-patch.
