Are the 15 marks from queen and other weeklies one time only?

Just a quick question.

Wondering if the easy anniversary marks are just 1 time or if we’ve be able to get them each week.

Queen is once per WB weekly

The BRD ones are per character weekly

I’ve already got everything I need from the event.

Just in time for Dragon Age!
