Last night was terrible, everyone was complaining, people were randomly disconnecting, it was chaos on MOP Classic EU… You could tell the back end wasn’t coping just by playing.
Is there a problem with not having enough infrastructure here? Feels like Classic always gets the short end of the stick when it comes to spending from Blizzard… especially EU…
Is this the experience one should expect around the busy hours, because it sucks, especially when you pay a subscription to have servers that at least perform better than random obscure east European private WOW servers.
As a Microsoft partner guy, this is very embarrassing. Can you guys not leverage their support resources to address this?
