I currently have characters in Silvermoon and Draenor as they are the most active alliance & horde realms, but I would like to try one that is a bit more balanced between horde and alliance, not a dead realm though. Does anyone know a good one?

What do you need the balance for? PVP? Isn’t PVP cross-realm nowadays? I saw lots of Horde fighting the elementals from recent event. I am on Silvermoon.
No such thing exists. It also has no reason to. Most stuff you see is cross realm anyway.
