I’ve been playing for a long time but I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone with Atiesh or with it transmogged. I’m not sure if that is because it looks like a pinecone on a stick and so is easily missed, or if there genuinely is very few, if any active players with Atiesh.

Like 9/10 people on the forums claim to have played since launch and been high end raiders back in the day so one one them is bound to have it, right? Then again they could just be full of

Probably both. Very few players have it, and despite being a legendary weapon, it looks like absolute crap.
I don’t have it as I didn’t raid Naxx (I was playing back then though), but even if I would have it, I wouldn’t have it transmogged.
I’m not disagreeing with your sentiment but they’d have also have to have played one of the relevant classes back then to even have it.
It’s not like there is any reliable way of tracking it either as achievements didn’t come in until the end of Wrath.
They did retrofit some of them - ‘The Balance of Light and Shadow’ for Priests for example - haven’t checked if they did one for Ateish.
Atiesh has one, I’m not disputing that, I’m just saying those players who played the right classes would also still need to be playing by the end of Wrath or come back at some point to trigger that achievement.
I am not sure there is any tracking available elsewhere to see how many people have that Feat of Strength.

According to Wowhead, the Atiesh achievement has been completed by 0% of profiles - but presumably that is only for submitted profiles? Even then, perhaps if the number is incredibly small, it simply rounds to 0%

Last time I met one player that had the Druid one was like… three years ago? Since then I haven’t seen one around.
I have seen Benediction recently though.
I “know” who had Atiesh on my realm, but this guy hasn’t played WoW in the last 14 years or something.
I once got a servoarm when we farmed Naxx trash, but I’d never be on the Atiesh list of my guild as a shaman.
Yeah I think it’s only people who register on the site and the bulk don’t.

i played since vanilla!!!
but i was not a high end raider lol …
i only managed to get to level 53 before tbc came out.
I’ve confused myself it was indeed with Wrath.
Not as cool but I saw a survival hunter with Ashbringer and my felguard wears the sun lute 
Corrupted Ashbringer is definitely cool, but I do tend to see it every now and then. Atiesh on the otherhand? Not once
Ashbringer was way easier to get while Atiesh was a megaton of work.
