Are these random phasings EVER going to get sorted!?

It’s seriously pissing me off wasting my time doing an event making progress for Fyrakk Assault, waiting for a rare to spawn, seeing rares disappear, Grand Hunts, etc etc etc. because the freaking game randomly puts me into another shard when I’m not even in a group.

I made a ticket to the amazingly useless CS who gave me a copy/paste response essentially saying “lol we see no problem, we can’t give hints go to wowhead!”. A response they callously give out to other people’s tickets to close them ASAP it seems without bothering to read them tickets – we’re paying a sub for this kind of service…?

This issue has persisted throughout most of DF, There are many threads about it… HOW IS IT NOT FIXED YET???

By closing your ticket they’re probably getting their KPI’s locked in and job’s done.
I guarantee you there’s ZERO people that actually play this game doing tech support. If there were then all of these technical issues would’ve been fixed a long time ago.

I know their social media team is a seperate entity and gets payed to do just their job, but they’re pretty much the ONLY team you can get any kind of response from these days. The rest of the time Blizzard is just as tone-deaf as they can possibly be.
