Are they ever gonna merge realms again?

This is what Aggramar/Hellscream looks like on the night before the new season starts:

Aggramar was merged with Hellscream on 2014-06-11 and even back then the realm pop was not the greatest. Today both realms are are low pop:

like look at the numbers from this site. no idea how accurate, but god damn…

they’re making everything cross faction and cross realm besides stuff like just standing in town. all my cities are empty, at all times. i leave the big ravencrest warmode layer, fly into valdrakken and there are 10 people there.

merge it up Blizzard.

this is how game looks like when they release no content or chunks of it, emerald dream is so poor in content that it was already sad news at launch

I think going forward they are going to move to realms being less relevant. For example in TWW we will be getting cross realm guilds.

Indeed.

Blizz have clearly given up on mergers; it’s been actual years since the last one. But with x-realm AH, guilds, and indeed mythic raid groups without waiting for the HoF - the only real distinction between servers will be RP or regular.

Which is probably going to be very healthy for everyone :dracthyr_comfy_blue:

Although if people are suffering from low pop servers right now, the best advice remains as it has been for several years; don’t wait for Blizz, pay to transfer, or straight up start again elsewhere if you really cannot afford it.

Maybe because IT IS before the servers go offline for weekly reset?

That’s not Silvermoon, buddy.

Also, It looks the very same to me on Argent Dawn and we are not low population.

There’s no need following warbands

Yes it is. Do your own homework - zoom in and armoury the names you see. What an odd claim.

How does the introduction of warbands make layering technology not isolate low population realms away from large layers?

Oh, sorry. I thought you meant the city itself, not the names. My bad.
