Are Timewalking Dungeons bugged?

I’ve done a few Timewalking dungeons this week on my alts for the 500 badge quest, but 2 of my characters didn’t loot the quest item and a GM says even if they were to give it to me, I wouldn’t be able to hand it in. So I’ve lost 1k Timewarped Badges for no real reason.

Anyone doing Timewalking, be aware of this, I submitted a bug report but I’m not getting those badges back this week.

Forgive me for this stupid question but, have you perhaps gotten the quest on those alts before (in the previous WoD Timewalking) and forgotten to turn it in?
A few of my alts didn’t get their quest item from their first runs of MoP last week. Then I realised they already had the item in their bags and I had to click on it to re-accept the quest. When a Timewalking ends without turning the quest in, the quest automatically gets removed but the item stays in your bags.

I can confirm that if you have the quest turn in item in your bank, you will not receive a new one, nor the quest, as the item is still technically on you.

Definitely not, I always hand the quests in, I even go to the hand-in area while I’m queued so I can hand them in right away.

I can confirm that if you have the quest turn in item in your bank, you will not receive a new one, nor the quest, as the item is still technically on you.

There is a topic on this page with a blue reply and the customer support page confirming that there is a problem occuring and they’re looking into it.

Where is my Shimmering Timewarped Crystal?

This is being investigated, in the meantime can everyone be sure to report this as a bug please?

I did a TW dungeon for the weekly now too, no quest. rip 500 badges

We had the WoD TW event a few weeks ago, it’s not been reset for this week.

Oversight by Blizzard when they decided to make these TW every week.

Can confirm I didn’t got the item quest on my BE Hunter, for the 500 badges.
However I did got the 445 ILV item reward for 5 runs which I received and looted yesterday.

Edit: do you think it has something to do with the patch update I downloaded yesterday ?

Edit 2: got a shimmering timewarped crystal that I didn’t delivered on my BE paladin last WoD TW.
Going to deliver it now.

Edit 3: Ok got the 500 badges for my BE Paladin from WoD crystal I forgot to deliver a few weeks ago.
Got my first TW done on my BE mage and no item loot for the badges.

Edit 4: Finally got the quest item after four runs.

I can agree, my main didn’t get the quest item either
