Are very rare items drop chance affected by raid size?

Im wondering if there is a higher chance for say the very rare item ragehearth from fyrakk to drop in a 30 man group that there is in a 20 man group or if the drop chance for very rare items is just a flat bonus chance ontop of regular drops regardless of group size.

Does anyone knows?

Very rare drop chance does not increase with size. However, the bigger the raid the more chance you have to get a guaranteed loot drop (20% was it per loot eligible player, per boss?)

So technically if you’re in a full raid you’d always max out the amount of loot drops to spin it more often for very rare drops. But it won’t increase the % of the drop itself.

Im confused by what you said.
Do you mean that every time the " loot table " rolls for a guaranteed item, it also rolls it for that loot to be a very rare drop?

Or you mean, for instance, if there is a 20 man group with 4 guaranteed drop, there is a chance for a 5th " normal " item to drop still that could be a very rare item or a normal one. But if you stack to 30 and max out on the 6th normal drop, then the 7th bonus would have to be a very rare?

I don’t quite understand.

There is not. The legendary axe is an individual roll per eligible character

For very rare items such as the staff from nymue, which are eligible on the loot table, the game will add them as a bonus item to be rolled on by the group on top of the bosses regular loot drops.
