Hi all,
Not wanting to start a flame war or anything overly negative but with current queues lasting around an hour, the logical question would be. Will we be getting new servers for Hardcore EU. I’ve been enjoying the progress so far but always seem to die when ;helping others! 
except this one time I fell to my death when climbing over Ironforge…. Oops /slip
I’m not a huge forum goer so, I apologise if this question has been posed and answered elsewhere. I’ve done a scan and have been unable to find the answer and of course, I’ve an hour to spare!

Nek’Rosh has no que.
Sever pop is decent too but, not like Stitches.

I don’t think so as Belorious said, Nek’Rosh has no queue so until that server also gets a regular queue there will be no extra HC realms.
Even US is not getting extra HC realms (yet).

This is very sad news. It’s hard to migrate when you’ve a few level 20s on your hardcore account. 
though it’s not all together out of the question. Maybe my next death might be the push I need.

I’ve learnt my lesson about populated servers and queues in the world of warcraft. It’s a temporary thing. It also means that in the future the server is very likely to remain well populated while other servers will suffer from low pop

If you’re not willing to start over on Nek’rosh, why would a new server help? Surely you wouldn’t be willing to start over there, either?

Because then others which may be new may start over there instead.
Also, opening new servers helps to promote movement.
Nah dont open up new servers. Its good to have 2 full realms rather than 5 medium ones, thatll eventually get low pop, with blizzards treckrecord of free server changes i dont think itd be good, they wait waaay to long to provide the server changes and people just get bored of being on a dead realm.
They should also reduce layers, maybe have a maximum of 3-4, i wanna actually see people but not to the point that it gets anoying, but keep in mind u can grp with atleast 5 people to do quests so even if they reduced layers it wouldnt be close to as anoying as unofficial was. I personally dont like layers.

It would be great if we could use the free transfer between HC realms… As of right now you can only transfer HC characters to NON HC realms

I really don’t understand why you would want a new server, when Nek’rosh is alive and buzzing with 0 queue?

Nek’rosh is a complete new server that’s not even a month old. How fresh do you want these eggs?

So does it works for HC? Nope unless you want HC raiding. If that is not your goal and you only need HC for adrenaline rush during leveling and sence of adventure for your mortal character who basically has transfer to raid on any Era realm after death, does it matter if HC realm would be decently populated or not?

Same here. With 2019 and SoM we just have seen how the lower pop server ends once the hype dwindles.
@OP sunday evening there was a queue. But be happy that means in the future when there‘s no queue there still will be plenty of players you can group with.
All servers have a reduction of the playerbase that‘s normal. You just have to ask yourself you wanna play on the server with more or less people in a MMO:D
HC is not a traditional way of playing MMO. I can wait for transfers between HC servers or even to Wrath/Cata realms to appear. However what I value the most right now is not getting my character killed because of server lag or loss of connection from Bluzzard side, when they rollback you into area you just cleared or to a new layer full of respawned mobs that kill you. Server stability is my main concur and that is what Nek’Rosh offers me.

I have suspicion EU population for HC is bigger than US one.
Yes it does. For trading, guilds, questing with others and running dungeons.
HC is very social and I love it. Low pop server won’t have it if you’ll be leveling in a zone all by yourself…
They should have done that already
