I mean the Mortal Strike legendary isnt even gonna bring anything interesting to the table. Its literally “ye bladestorm casts 2 MS now. Those cant cleave btw. 1 target only”.
While the other triggers another CD upon using certain CDs and the other requires a partner and proper positioning.
In this scenario the most easiest choice results in the lowest amount of performance
I used to be min/max when I raided so I would look this crap up and go for best gear like 100% ArP on proc ect.
But I find it funny with covenant and legendary Blizzard is all “choice” when it gets boiled down to cookie cutter builds do to performance… Just poking fun at the way Blizzard sees the game and the way players do.

I mean he can still use the legendary. Thats not it. Im just stating that the lego isnt considered good in comparison. Same fate Akaari is suffering for Rogues.
He can play pretty much what he wants to as arms aside from Necro. He is venthyr (which is imo the most fun as arms) however and that causes his current lego to drop even more behind. But he can still play it.
Do normal just like your rogue guildie. Raid legos are 100% anyway. Also in regards of your weapon: Farm the Honour weapon if you want to remove RNG. Get rating if you want to increase the ilvl even further.
Blizzard really does seem pretty keen on alienating a lot of it’s player base with totally unnecessary changes like these. At a time when I’m seriously contemplating whether I even want to pay for one more month, never mind 2.

Raid legos 100% drop? That’s not what Blizz said earlier. They said it has a chance to drop, a chance which is increasing with harder difficulties.
Just like Amnesys, I also need one from raid. Which is why I won’t get it before capping my ashes. Which completely removes the point of doing Torghast. Which again is garbage design, and just one of many reasons why I’ll quit this game when my sub expires next month.
They cost less. You want to remove rng? Then do it. You dont want it? Thats your decission.
They said that in regards of Dungeons. Not Raids. They also added it depends on how you can refarm the sources. Dungeons Legos are defacto spammable even on Mythic through keys. Raids are not. As it stands they are 100%.
I mean if you dont want to craft a lego before you can craft rank 4 straight away thats your decision. Base versions dont cost anything noteworthy anyway. And normal is already puggable. Including Sludgefist and Generals.

Paladins are a good choice my doode. But as a tank i can tell you its not because you are a ret pally, its because thay just picked someone else, when i form groups i get like 20 dps that “insta q” and then i pick whats best for the comp/ depending on if we are trying to gear someone.
