Are you planning to solve the hunter’s mana problem?

My best solution to this issue, without destroying the classic hunter mechanics, is as follows:

Move spirit bond talent to bm tier 1 ,
and make it like that :

While your pet is active, you will regenerate rank1: %1 , rank2 : %2 , rank3: %3 of total health and mana every 10 sec .

Next round of updates is removing hunter entirely from the game :)…so i wouldnt expect any mana fixes :).

On serious note, aspect of viper frmo wotlk could fix it as a rune, becuase changing base spell mana cost is out of the question (according to them technically not possible, becuase that would mean affecting era servers).

All classes that use mana can potentially have mana issues, even ferals if they shift too much. It’s part of Classic - mana matters.

So many newbie hunters unable to play MM and put the right runes lol . Also what is that QQ about chimera shot being a crap ability? It’s disarm effect is so good vs melees :slight_smile:

I´ve played MM since the release of SOD, and this is the thing. A good geared warrior will out dps you in PvE, hunters were always strong at 25 (now warriors are the king of this bracket in PvE). PvP chimera has a chance of disarming, its not guranteed.

Guess whats going to happen when warriors start scaling with gear. If they already out dps us at 25.

We need wraith disengage on leggs for PvP, PvE we are falling behind already at 25 as MM…

What will happen? With the level increase we receive an additional talent points and FD+ traps. Ive never ever had an issues vs warriors on classic ,even though they scale exact same way

Back in classic hunters at 25 were top dogs, we are getting nerfed hard in this version to the point where the classes that shine late game are out dpsing us at 25. This gap will just increase dramatically with gear (due to the nature of how hunters scale vs a warrior or rogue).

This is the LVL cap that hunters are the strongest (classic/vanilla), but we arent anymore in SOD.

So whats going to happen - PvE, hunters will be back to being slotted only for tranq (as it was in vanilla-classic).

PvP locks-SP will destroy you, rogues will probably too once they get prep. A warrior wont be an easy matchup once they get good gear and lvl increase in SOD. Mages will become quite powerful late game too. If we dont get disengage on leggs, its gg.

Wasn’t chimera competing with a rune that is enormously far above and beyond what it provides?

Chimera was dog to begin with anyway after the nerf so…

On a side note thank god I won’t be around when phase 2 or 3 starts to see hunter at the bottom of the DPS, the second ashes A2 launches I’m out of this dumpster fire.
