Arena macro - Party 1?

When doing RSS the healer always comes highest up in my party, is that not supposed to be Party 1?

I have a BoS macro:
#showtooltip Blessing of Sanctuary
/cast [target=party1] Blessing of Sanctuary

But sometimes this ends up on the middle guy, so I have a party 2 macro that works on my healer. Despite he is “on top”

What is wrong here? I always have to try which works when waiting for the arena to start, then i lose about 30s of use because of this.

Frames don’t sort by partyN by default, you need to modify the order with an addon/script.

I temporary solved it with /target party1 macro so I could see which it targeted. And fixed my other macros accordingly.
