I’ve been trying to access the chest in the arena in the warrior class order hall, but it looks like it doesn’t spawn anymore? I’ve checked at midnight and 3am and no chest. No info on wowhead as well.
Did they change the spawn time? Or maybe impossible at max level?
if i remember correctly it only spawns once a day at 12:00pm (noon)
I was just there at noon, and still no chest 
you need the order hall perk which enables you to view the chest
