Can we get a fix on this already, loosing a lot of conq farming and would like to have that added because of your mistakes.
Actually nice blizzard care about us. 10 hours this bug nothing is happening. We are paying monthly btw

this has probly something to do with their new system fix to the solo ques… and instead they broke the entire system 
1 hour 20 min queue to go 3/6 and 0 rating. Fun times lol
The solo shuffle worked the first time today, like an hour ago, where I got a win in a match with 4 people with higher rating than me and recieved the usual +0 increase. After that it just bugged. Couldn’t exit the arena because the leave-button didn’t work, then it said someone in my group was already queued when I pressed join a couple of times, then it queued me 5-6 times over 10 minutes and then it finally removed me again from the que. And later it put me back in the que again and it said I’ve been in the que for 40 minutes, and then it removed me from the que again. Great experience.
The que for epic bgs is also kinda bugged btw. Always says average wait time is over an hour but still got in after 2-3 minutes.
I just got the deserter debuff because someone else quit after ive waited 1h30m in que … Ive had a lot of fun in solo que to this point but these mmr systems and bugs are too much now

I’ll stop playing till they fix the queues in general.
And i want to play, but not with these queues…everything over 10mins is not acceptable.
how can they fix the ques? they cant just suddenly pop out more healers or healing classes out of nowhere
didnt they say 1 healer for 5 dps average? roll dps or be part of the problem

You can either allow only DPS games in some format (2v2/3v3 whatever) or/and bring back tank queues.
I know that you’ll say no and that you prefer waiting 30mins etc. , but those are the solutions …
aaah, and someone suggested AI healers to fill the queue… well this one would be the last i’d support as i AI means PvE in my eyes.
Thats not true, I talked to a healer an hour ago, he had been queuing for 35 minutes in solo shuffles.
Well, somewhere i saw that around 1800+ even healers have big queues.
And yet only 2 are required for a 6 man arena. If we both queue for the same amount of time, then maybe the problem is somewhere else.

healers have big ques and dps right now because ques are bugged sometimes games close with ppl losing mmr and all get a deserter buff
also if u play a popular specc its affecting ur que times since speccs are unique in games except on long que times

I just just had gotten into a Solo Shuffle arena when I got kicked out for no reason.
“You have been removed from the group”, and I got the “No-Show” debuff.
Still some strange things happening.

You had just implied that lack of healers was the reason behind the long queues lol

Or, instead of causing even MORE problems like that, they can make healers more enjoyable to play.
The bug people are talking about in this thread is not about the healer shortage though, that’s a separate issue.

I implied the lack of healer was for the general long que times of 30mins the 2 Hour que thing is a FOTM Specc problem and also a problem from the current Buggy ques
they cant holypriest was very fun to play in shadowlands but dps didnt like it
it was fun cuz it was very good and very fun to play had a lot of tools
finally i could find healers on my dps classes
but u cant have both
btw evoker shroud and tranq is not a healthy design
