Why I can’t leave my arena team? Right clicking to leave nor /teamquit doesn’t work. Says arena teams are locked. WTF?

You need to give the team to someone if you are leaving. Don’t ask me why
i’m not a captain or anything. It just says arena teams are locked. But after the captain kicked me I could get into a new team

anyone solve this ?
In my case the problem disappeared when I was no longer in queue for a battleground.
I guess being in any kind of PVP queue locks your teams (even though it shouldn’t be necessary if the queue is not for arena).
