I thought they were, upgraded some bracers to 437 on a character just to realize I still have to use crests on another to do the same upgrades on other bracers.
Did I dream the account wide part?
No they are not account wide, I’m sorry.
Since the game is made by lawyers you need to read the fine print. So tl/dr, no discount for crests, cheaper flightstone upgrades (but no one cares about them anyway!)
Flightstones Discounts
For a given slot, once you obtain gear of a certain item level, either from upgrading or from drops, all future upgrades will have a 60% discount on their Flightstone cost. This discount is account-wide . Rings and Trinkets require two of a certain item level to unlock the discount.
Crest Discounts
For a given slot, once you obtain gear of a certain item level, either from upgrading or from drops, all future upgrades won’t cost any Crests to be upgraded. This discount is NOT account-wide. Rings and Trinkets require two of a certain item level to unlock the discount.
