Arfus Swipe causes Pet Battle to Forfeit (NPC only)

When using Arfus’ Swipe on a PvE Pet Battle the Pet Battle forfeits automatically.

Happens in PvP too

I believe this was fixed in the latest update as I saw someone use Arfus’ swipe against me in pvp pet battle last night and it didn’t crash.
