Hey all, Does any one know if there is a daily cap for the Argent commendations (pre patch currency) also can you send them to alts like marks of honor.

This the current updated article by WoWhead about the pre-event, which is now live on the US:
There is no mention of a cap and I believe you can farm the tokens by killing mobs for their scourgestones.
