Argent Dawn LAGS needs attention

About 3 hours ago any action in Stormwind took 1-3s to perform. Take quests, go through portal etc. It was obvious it’s going to be like that, since AD has constant lag in SW these days. It was acceptable.

Right now it took me about 2min to get first quests of event from Genn…
Each and every action takes now 10-30seconds !!. Going through portal from Boralus to SW is another 20s. Mounting 10s.

This level of server performance is kinda unacceptable. It’s not an indie company with their first free game.
Blizzard kindly please look into this issues.

Edit. trying to logout now to switch realms… took about 1min 20s

That’s what you pay for not having Sharding on RP realms.

Additionally, you have the attention seekers that use HUGE mounts on top of the quest givers.

Sharding has never been the issue, Argent Dawn was never this laggy back in Legions Launch and in BFA’s Launch, sharding or not you can’t tell me this is an acceptable level of lag, and to add to that Sharding is just a lazy solution to a much bigger issue, that being that the infrastructure blizzard uses NEEDS an update.

Than go on, work for them in remaking the whole backend of WoW, it’s not like it’s 16yo game at this point (not to say legal in some countries). I was there when Legion launched and I remember all the lags in first minutes of things being available, and even later on in the night, when more peoples came to play. So ye It’s just becouse there is too much peoples cramped in one space. Imagine having 100+ pepes trying to do one thing with the same NPC in the same moment, it will take a hunch on the backend, that was crafted from WC3 engine. I get it that they worked on it for ages now, but it would need full remake to have an impactfull change.
I still praise devs that they do what they do and the game runs smoother with each exp launched.

Just logged back in and… well, still ton of people in SW but it’s 10x better  It’s the kind of delay one could expect. So it can work decent after all.
