Thats because its not there. the patch wont be released for atleast 2-4 months

Argent Tournament Grounds will be added at the same time as Ulduar but not in the way you probably remember and you can see in Retail.
During Ulduar phase, the second phase, the tournament grounds will be in construction, without the parts that are the dungeon and raid finished and only a few quests from the tournament available, with the tournament quest chain ending on a cliffhanger until the actual Tournament phase, the third phase, starts.
It is not so much but I played during that construction phase of the tournament in OG WOTLK and I can’t wait to do it again, because it is the only part of Classic WOTLK (apart from the bugged Battle for Undercity) that has never been available since OG WOTLK.
