I’m farming argent tournament for the mounts and currently its bugged,i’m not able to choose another city to represent.On Top Of That i can’t open a ticket for the past couple of weeks this whole thing keeps happening

As Pandaren, Goblin and the Allied races were not in-game when the Argent Tournament was released it can lead to some funky quest experiences.
Normally I would suggest that you make sure that you start with Stormwind/Orgrimmar first and after you finish that you can pick any of the other cities to represent.
If you have done this, or if you just can’t pick a different one you will need to open up a ticket so that a Game Master can look into this for you. If for some reason you can’t get that page to load, try a different browser!
