so, I have used Argentleaf-Tea 4 times, in Silvermoon, and didn’t get the buff, now I am aware thanks to general chat that there is a hotfix making this doesn’t work in Raids, Dungeons and Silvermoon.
I would appreciate if you had spent extra couple of minutes to edit the item tooltip to include this information

Hotfixes cannot be added to tooltip that would require a patch.
then they should delay it till weekly maintenance 
So people can abuse it in raid ? their a reason hot fixes happen, and even maintenaince would not fix the tooltip that will require next big patch.
buffs and nerfs thru hotfixes aren’t shown on tooltips either.
it’s literally applied yesterday, maintenance is tomorrow. whats the abuse in using an item that increases finess ? there was no abuse in using it how it was intended to be, if they decided to change that, fine. but be considerate of what they change.
Your ‘buffs and nerfs’ doesn’t apply in this situation, because buffs and nerfs are literally shown in the tooltip, if a spell does 1k damage pre-fix and 2k damage post-fix, they literally change the damage output, so is what I asked for. so I Don’t see the point of your argument.
you add new effect of spell/item, you type that in the respective tooltip
It buffs movement speed and stacks with food buffs i believe in raid, it was basically only meant for outdoor and professions but i guess they forgot to add restrictions.
