Hey all, I dropped off towards to end of Legion and as a result never got the reputations required for the Void Elf and Lightforged Draenei.
What is the best way to get reputation for the Argussian Reach and Army of the Light now?

I don’t think anything has really changed when it comes to Argus content.
Basically play all the quests that take place on Argus to begin with, at the very least until you’ve unlocked all 3 Argus-islands and have World Quests on all 3.
Use any (non-Argus specific) reputation buffs that you have access to, like the darkmoon faire buff (while it’s up, it currently is).
Once you have World Quests unlocked, some of them will have explicit reputation-rewards, which gives a nice chunk, or since you’re level 120 anyway, you could just do every single WQ there.
There is one dungeon and one raid instance on Argus as well, i’m sure the dungeon gives some decent rep, raids usually don’t give a whole lot, but it’s worth checking an Argus guide on wowhead for the particulars.
Also make sure you do the emissaries when they come up. Not just the obvious Argussian and Army of the Light emissaries, but also the Kirin Tor emissaries which allow you to pick Argus reputation as reward.
