My armory page showing 0 battle pets. I collected
Any idea why or how to fix that?

I’m assuming you can still see the battle pets collected in-game?
If so, the only other thing I could think of doing is taking a bit of your armour off in-game, logging out, and seeing if that change is reflected on your Armories page. If it is, then it’s got the link okay and is probably just another Armories bug.

I did log in and out multiple times. Didnt help. Also the pets are shown on a char on an other accout within the bnet acc:
