So, ive switched from furry to arms and im confused.
I do kinda big DPS, but I notice my rage is overflowing all the time unless i spam whirling for bo reason lol. During execute-phases it feels nice; but is it normal to always have alot of rage? 
Blizzard specifically made changes with the intent of reducing the rage overflow outside of Execute phase coming into TWW, but apparently it didn’t work because we’re already back there, even faster than we got here in DF.
I don’t think it’s meant to be this way, but this is it.
