Yes Arms needs a rework from the scratch. Arms rotation is procs of procs procing procs and suddenly 5m Execute. If no procs then downtime even connected to the target. Great spec design. I almost forgot rage generation is reduced compared to df cause of PvE…

On a serious note though, they only nerfed Execute but it feels like warrior is doing no real damage anymore. And i am not talking about damage on me because with the armor nerf they’re obviously doing less on me. I mean overall on any target. Wouldn’t surprise me if Blizzard screwed something up. 
Edit: i take back what i said. Overpower still hitting for Chaos Bolt numbers.

I don’t know about arenas, but in BGs this class is pathetic. Only DKs are probably worse at the moment. You get CC’ed 24/7, and then you die like a dog.

nerfing execute 15% without buffing anything else is just bad.

Indeed, should just buff warlock chaos bolt instead of only doing small nerfs on other classes when it is already too late and too little, overpower still hits same as chaos bolt.

warriors are the top clowns for this season (followed by hunters)
fury is mega OP -----> play fury
fury no longer mega OP, and arms now mega OP ------> complain that fury is unplayable to justify hopping on arms
arms no longer mega OP ------> complain that arms is unplayable to justify hopping back on fury
Hunters are another story… both MM & BM can be played on android im sure of it (uninterruptable ranged and instant top damage that you dont even have to be in LOS of your enemy for)
