Arms or Fury

Good day dear forum users. I apologize earlier if this topic is a clone.

Actually. In the first began to play as a warrior since wotlk. Because I have no friends or acquaintances in the game, I ask here.

Please explain the difference between Arms and Fury at this moment. And specifically, I’m interested.

  1. Who is better in leveling?
  2. Who is better in the arena?
  3. Who is better at mythic keys?
  4. Who is better at raids?
    P.S. I would also like to know your opinion about protection warrior. How he feels in dungeon and raids.

Who is better in leveling?

I’d say level whichever is more fun, I don’t think it’s relevant. Your leveling choice should depend on enjoyment or maybe even on the spec you choose to pic later, to get to know it better abd “grow up with it”. But I wouldn’t worry myself about leveling.

Who is better in the arena?

Arms is traidiotnally the PvP spec, you benefit greatly from mortal strike. Though Fury packs quite some self-healing so if you really wanted it’s somewhat possible but if you want to get the best results I’d play arms for sure.

Can’t help much for PVE sorry.

Who knows, it’s been a few expansions since i’ve levelled a char from lvl 1.

Arms

Fury is more favoured, but they are best in 5 target cleave sitiuations, if you pull really big, Arms can put out better numbers since they’re not restricted to 5 target cleave, but you loose some tankiness.

But i rather have no fury than to be armless, so i play arms

    Arms mainly for defensive stance

    I’d say both are good but Arms is clunky and very dependence on specific gears unlike fury ,smooth and always ready.
  4. Who is better at raids?
    i’ll go with fury for the same reason even tho i love Arms and do it on my Arms. Add on that you can get twilight raid weapon and the king rest one at the same time. Less luck needed for that effect to be randomly dropped.

P.S. I would also like to know your opinion about protection warrior. How he feels in dungeon and raids.

Amazing on both. Tanky and really fun to play with if you got the right essences. Because you will need the magic protection sense the class suck at that ,however when you get it you’re a boss.
