IDK mate, I’m currently getting mortal striked for 160K, sometimes twice in a row, coupled with 120k executes.

Makes no sense that warr is designed around using two uncouterable aoe abilities. It’s riddiculous game design

Stop using logic. Warrior brains are not made for logic. They will recieve a buff that makes them op today, tomorrow people will point it out and they will go “WAAAAAAAHHHHH BUT LOOK LADDER WAAAAAAHHHH NO WARRIORS THERE WAAAAAAAHHHH NO OP WAAAAAAHHH”:

Because, you know, when a class is being overbuffed, LITERALLY THE NEXT DAY, the ladder will be FLOODED with said classes. Top notch fotm logic. :+1:

The counter is:

1.) Not playing 2v2 arena when you expect the game to be balanced.
2.) Getting teammates who know how to peel or do anything besides face tank zug zug arms full burst, which besides ret is probably the easiest burst window to cc/kite/stop.

Also if its 2s you’re actually complaining about, you literally shouldn’t talk whenever you can queue with an Assa rogue and outdamage both the rogue and the Warrior yourself with the right build. You play the most broken meta healer in 2s RN imaginable and you’re complaining about the 2nd weakest melee defensives-wise, when it comes to facing your best comp.

Also to the OP, if you genuinely think Arms is over-buffed or over tuned, you actually need a reality check and play with people who know what they’re doing. It is genuinely so easy to kill an arms warrior that it is not even funny. From what I recall from the game you walled air and your priest was AFK never pressing grip, meanwhile you’re perma coiling into reflect.

For an example I face plenty of rogues, thing is average rogue in 2s has 400-500 more rating then they should have. literally 9-10/12 games were rogue 1 warrior 1 hunter :smiley: i kinda crack up when i see how people use defs at 2.1k mmr in 2s.
Either its pre-emptive on nothing or they use wall at 20% .
Soo my asummption is you have no idea when to use walls vs a warior or your healer is kinda boosted. I also mained a warlock some time ago along with warrior, i must say warlock is quite difficult since you need to learn how to line and kait well, sometimes it’s more important which arena you get for proper kaiting. most of warlocks just face-tank and never tp on collosus/ gate on spear.
Being 2.1 in 2s and winning almost every game while chilling with a healer that is not insane to put it easily I can say that the ppl in 2s are straight up boosted.

Not sure what would be considered as decent mmr in 2s since i cap there but i’ve met maybe 4-5 good teams past 2 weeks xD
It was the same before ignore pain has been added , sometimes i dont have to do anything, ppl outplay themselves by doing random stuff like going for cc when their mate is 40% or using wall offensively when their healer has no trinket xd

btw to hit 160k war has to have every single cd up, im not sure but if there is 1 thing you have to watch out it is the 90sec spear go where you need to pop a def or complain on forum. its as if i used nothing on combust go vs rogue/mage KEK

Spear should be removed just like double tap.

Doesn’t make any sense that warriors even have it with the sky high mobility, spell reflect and abilities to remove snares.

If it wasn’t for this ability warriors would have to work more for their kills and the arenas wouldn’t be filled with them in almost every single game.

If you see a class in almost every single game it’s a hint that Blizzard needs to do something.

So if we’re not to use ladder as representation, nor AWC (As I believe in another thread, you said that was a poor example of meta representation) then what works?

A lot of people complained about Ret/War in SL due to them dominating Ladder and being popular in AWC, but since those things dont matter apparently, clearly, Ret/war was balanced, right?

This, every CD up and the enemy player not respecting it and refusing to pop defensives

Yes, that can happen in Temple of Kotmogu Brawl or in WSG with Berserk Buff. Not in Arena.

I have details damage meter from over 120 games played.
Never had I hit a MS higher then 118k in arena. Average max per game is 90k, sometimes 80k or lower.
Execute max was 102k. Average crit is like 80k.

Gear is a non-factor, I am 422, 40% versa, very high mastery, with almost full extra sockets and BiS enchants. If I could only hit that high in so many games, I seriously doubt the numbers you are putting out there. Also getting hit twice in a row for 150k is mathematically impossible, because the first ms that hit you required 7-8 seconds of prepping and perfect RNG, with 1.5 minute cds used. The second one CANNOT hit that high, ever.
