I need some help on my stats (see armory) i got only 14 % haste isnt that way to low? shouldnt it be like 20% to smooth out the rotation. and what should i do about this?
Unfortunately its just a case of grinding M+/raids for the right equipment for Haste & Crit. If you have enough conquest the PVP trinket gives a load of +Haste. I’m now having the same issue of grinding M+ and conquest for Vers gear for PVP (which you have alot of:)). My PVE set gives 20% Haste and 21% Crit but my PVP gear is all over the place.
Guess i need a bit of your luck and you a bit of mine:P also going to raid natria again this thursday on heroic so hopefully some better gear with the right stats.

If you are low on haste , i would recommend you getting the Haste trinket from Spires of Ascencion
It is always procing ( high chance on it )
Also try to get the trinket from Theater of pain ( very high chance on it ) for constant extra dmg & heals

At the moment if you are doing Normal/HC hitting the 20% haste mark is going to be nearly impossible unless you are incredibly lucky with gear.
The 20% is for the extra GCD inside colossus smash.
Some recommendations are being made for trinkets which are… well not that great.
Ideally you want to run Phial of Putrefaction from PF or The Trinket from Sire.
Some other good ones are the crit trinket from De Other side, the Gladiator insignia(proc one)…
For stats you really want to go for Haste to 20% after which point your highest stat will become Crit/Mastery.
At the moment, secondary stats are greatly devalued. Str is still your best stat and the highest value.
Just a few things to consider as you are gearing and trying to hit those breakpoints.
I’d just recommend to stay away from the Spires trinket someone mentioned, since the area is very small, and realistically it’s effect sims high but in a real fight… it’s value falls off.
EDIT: If you sim, you are likely to have all of your secondary stats pretty equal and greatly overshadowed by strength… Meaning Ilvl=All

Try to aim for mythics+ dungeons that drop crit / haste items , or haste/mast items if no crit/haste available, and farm normal raid for all crit / haste items
I still would recommend you the haste trinket from Spires of Ascencion
And try to get the trinket from Theater of pain ( very high chance one ) :

About the talent Skullsplitter, you need to change it to Sudden Death
Skullsplitter has become obsolete due to Condem, , where you can use it above 80% of target hp , and giving also rage
So use Condemn instead of Skullsplitter
Also since you have Signet of Tormented Kings , you could try ravager talent ( extra bladestorm or avatar during the cast )

Sorry, but this is bad advice.
At that ilvl he should be gearing for Ilvl over stats. If you want to optimize your trinkets should be Phial/Power Crystal or Denatrius trinket power Crystal.
He 100% should run Skullsplitter over Sudden death, sudden death is a negligible DPS gain, overshadowed by Skullspliter for a variety of reasons. The main one being that Skullsplitter allows you to extend the initial condemn nuke on pull.
With Signet and rage gains from 2X ravager you will spend the entirety of most 100-80% of raid bosses able to spam condemn without being rage starved presuming you charge weave.
With Signet and Ravager, Avatar will proc ravager it allows you to nuke, while gaining steady rage , casting another ravager to continue condemn nuking, and using a skullsplitter when low to extend that phase further.
Ravager on ST; Bladestorm on AOE(But mostly because dreadnaught is basically Arm’s only reliable aoe).
Our damage outside of condemn windows is laughable and optimizing it is a waste of talent points… plz don’t play sudden death.
I mentioned in my post above the 20% haste is probably not attainable at your Ilvl, and it’s far more valuable to simply stack Ilvl since Primary stats have much greater value than secondaries this time around

The only thing I’d change here Is Cleave to Warbreaker…
Cleave is good on sims but realistically it needs targets with INSANE amounts of HP, Having EXACTLY 5 targets and being in range to hit them at all times(meaning it’s good on AOE training dummies) Warbreaker/Bladestorm will make a mockery of it every time .
I had a glance at your logs and there’s weird things going on there… you’r first damage event is at 10 seconds after the fight starts on huntsman so it was probably just a very weird pull.
RN your trinkets are kind of bad, and you aren’t charge weaving. Which is a massive part of optimizing warrior DPS(Basically get a mele swing run out and charge bk in as ur swing comes in for extra rage).
Then again you are doing it on Innerva so maybe that Huntsman was just a weird pull.
I’d stop caring about getting 2 overpower stacks before MS-ing if condemn windows are up. The only time you want to not Condemn is if you need to re apply deep wounds, and the condemn window will last long enough for you to make use of it(Even then it’s a minor DPS increase).
Trying to hep here, so at the start you condemn then go into a bladestorm, then come out press one Condemn(While you are rage capped ) and follow up with 2X overpower… It should be something along the lines of
Chargeweave/Avatar(it procs ravager)/Condemn/condemn… then ravager again… condemn condemn condemn condemn/the prolly Skullspliter/condemn condemn condemn/ chargeweave/ condemn condemn etc etc…
MS and Overpower you kind of don’t care to micro, overpower if low on rage or no GCD for MS, otherwise just press which one is up.

My haste is low too like 9% or soo, but I got that trinket from spires of ascension that procs pretty good, and even with it I’m at like 14% lol, how much is needed for the spec to not feel so slow, around 20?

No, the 20% is the extra GCD in CS… it’s arms it’ll feel slow

how much would you say is enough for smooth rotation? since raid bots shows me that crit and mastery is more important than haste to me right now
Wow thanks so much, I lookinto this tomorrow gotta get up early:) I am pretty new to warrior I mained rogue a Long time before this so… I actually got a trinket from the weekly vault wich gives a haste buff of like 600 + or so every 3 min. Do you mind if I add you so we can have a chat sometime?

Haste isn’t really always the strongest stat, we’re all semi aiming for that 20% CS as the breakpoint can make a difference, but in general you will probably see that Crit dominates your sims, if the sim says haste is the worst stat (and for many it does) then you shouldn’t really worry about trying to stack it.
I mean if you feel like it helps you enjoy the spec more it’s not gonna hurt, but you might be losing dps in the short term while you stack that haste.
True,but seeing crit sims the highest makes me think if we still got Cold Steel Hot Blood trait 
Mastery and Haste are close to me tho for that second place,but me now having 7% which is pretty low,but considering using that haste trinket from spires of ascension it might not be that bad after all…i just feel like if i drop to lets say 5% or soo its gonna be pretty bad,specially since im mostly getting stats with versa on them
The real dream is to have enough crit to not need any haste at all though.

If you had that much crit then haste would be just stronger for raw output anyway, more haste = more attacks and more attacks during cooldown windows like CS at least at certain breakpoints it’s a big dps jump.
Up to a point haste really makes the spec easier to play too, example is when you’re fighting lower health targets and your autoswing cancels at the last moment because the target dies, or when you’re trying to snipe an execute and you’re waiting for the GCD to spin but the target dies (or drops below 80% for Venthyr), in those clutch situations a little more haste can make life easier.

Also this… It sounds like a Niche scenario but it genuinely happens so often, and it’s literally a GCD, our primitive human brains will like tilt for a moment before we catch up to what is happening
