The cd reset on bosses was a very good idea and a step in the right direction to make the game more fun. However dks, (and I think shamans too) suffer from the fact the one of the main cds does not reset.
Army of the dead is a core skill for Unholy dk dps and feels very bad to have to wait/not have it ready when the pull happens. It has just 1 minute difference to empower rune weapon. I dont see why it should not reset as well.
i would argue it needs to be entirely unusable in dungeons.
taunt spam is griefing for classes that need to be behind the target to attack.
whenever i see a dk use army of the dead i find myself wishing /spit still worked
I am talking about raids man. Nobody care abouts dungeons anyway.
At least they can’t screw up other ppl’s prepots 
You are not supposed to cast army pre pull anyway and its not pre pulling randomly.
