Artefact weapon: threw away and how to regain?

A couple years ago I must have thrown away my Artefact weapon: Scepter of Sargeras.
I never finished the entire storyline and all quests related to it.

So there for the question: If possible how to regain the artefact weapons, I also threw away some my alts weapons.
If it’s not possible, can I finish the storyline and get rewards?

I don’t think you can throw them away. Maybe you put it in void storage?
