Hello everyone,
I have a simple and hope easy question: recently I got the hidden artifact appearance on my Alliance Guardian Druid from Ursoc. I have also the Guardian Druid on Horde side and the question is if this Horde Druid already got this appearance and can unlock the re-colours thanks to making objectives or is it just the transmog and only my Alliance Druid can unlock the re-colours of hidden artifact and I have to drop it on Horde side too?

Greetings! I can confirm that you can indeed use the hidden appearance on your other druids. 
Yeah I mean if I can unlock re-colours on the druid which didn’t dropped the hidden artifact? Or is it possible only on the main who originally dropped the appearance from Ursoc?
You should be able to use the appearance on all the druids on your account, even if they hadn’t gotten the appearance from Ursoc themselves.

What neither of us knows for sure is:
If the Alliance Druid earned the artifact and part of the colours, say “Balance of Power”, can the Horde alt then earn the Unleashed Monstrosities tint?
I believe it would be insane if you can’t, but there are many unevennesses in the game, and I don’t know for sure that the Horde alt can.
Oh, my apologies! I misunderstood. 
Honestly, I believe it has to be done on the character who got the base tint, but I’m not entirely certain. It works that way for the Mage Tower tints at least.
