Artifact Hidden skin colour variations account wide?

Just wondering if the Hidden artifact skins colour variations are account wide?

Trying to get the blue colour of the warriors shield * Burning plate of the world breaker *

So if i do the hunter version on my main … will it unlock the weapon skin colour for all classes?

No, the progress is character specific and you only unlock that class’s appearances which are class specific.

Balance of power is the only one they made account wide
