Artifact knowledge level

Hello, please help.

to get the ebonchill hidden artifact i need artifact knowledge level 4.

Is it still a thing? The artifact wep is inactive, how do i check this?

Artifacts is no longer a thing, all of them are inactive now and at max level.

Artifact knowledge in Legion isn't a thing anymore so you don't need it. Just check if portals have the emote every day, good luck.
