Just give up on it, seriously. You only need I think 38 max for the first 3 traits. For the 415 pieces. Then screw the last 2, healer problem.
Hated it in Legion, hate it in BfA. I look forward to a non AP grind expansion some day. I have a dream!!!

I refuse to grind azerite. I let my heart of azeroth fill up passively by doing things I do anyway (e.g. world quests I come across while herbing, weekly island expedition quest, emissary quests, mission table, etc) and that’s ok. I’m not a mythic raider, so I don’t have to level it up as fast as possible.
However, I agree that the ‘grind’ needs to go. HOA level should be account-wide, traits should be on our necklace, not the armour.
azerite would be great if all grinding one did wasn’t made obsolete after 1-2 patches when devs decided “that’s enough let’s make it easier for all the casuals now” they should’ve kept the same mentality with artifacts in Legion without any dumb artifact knowledge etc. then the people who spend time to grind it no matter how mind numbing it is would be rewarded by being better than the people who didn’t
grinds should be a part of MMOs and wow’s current grind is stupid because it there is no point in doing it knowing it’s gonna get much easier to get things done if you just wait a few months
