I just did a mythic raid and yet again on my bonus roll I got ap im over level 84 and do not need this im not saying I should get the item I want but least change it to gold.
I think it’s a shame they didn’t give us a hard cap on the neck. My neck is level 95 and I really couldn’t care less. I never actively farm AP but still I keep gaining it.
I would have loved to get gold instead.

I’d even prefer war resources over AP, because at least I can use them to buy seals of fate. But yes, gold would definitely be preferable.

At least SL’s ap grind is going to be from only a handful of quests once per week; this suggests we will actually get useful drops.

I personally dont understand the point of constantly mega slowly upgrading the neck once “maxed” surely using azerite for some sort of currency to get better gear would of made more sense? esspcially in 8.3?
something like 465ilvl gear? sop middle of the road but still worth going for?
Can only speak for myself but it just happens over time in my experience.
I got 131k war resources. Even with my lvl 95 neck i prefer AP over resources
