hi so i have the dark runeblade green artifact apperence and i waas going to transmog it but i couldnt. i can transmog every other artifact i got but not this one. why cant i transmog it? i got it of icc hc 25
Are you wearing a 1h or a 2h?
Could possibly be that you are wearing the incorrect weapon type for this transmog option.

Do you have a second tab of appearances?

What you want to do, is open your drop down menu which lets you select what weapon to transmog onto yours, and go down to the legendary weapon/artifact weapon option. When you get there, you should see it.
Also, what level is the character you’re trying to do this on?
I noticed issues with transmog for my 103-107 characters early BFA, but my 120 could transmog to all artifact weapon types that she had unlocked
i got a 120 and ive tried but the dark runeblade does not show up

yeah i think so. but that is just dumb because i cant use a 2h weapon on my dk frost. if i use it i will lose 2 of my most damage abilities
You can only mog artifact appearances to the spec the artifact belongs to. Frost appearances are only available when specced to frost, etc.
