hi i have a problem with the alunet artifact how to activate the artifact skills
if you are talking about this staff
then you cant. artifact talents have been disabled for all artifact weapons after legion ended. this was a feature exclusively to legion.
what does this mean?
It means it is just a staff with good stats. You dont have any of the abilities that the staff had when Legion was the current expansion.
how can i unlock abilities?
you dont. the abilities are not available anymore. its just a staff. all the abilities have been removed.
so I canβt use the power of the artifact

if i make a new magician what should i do?
Nope, the power was lost when we did that thing with the big sword in Silithus.
On another note, very odd title.
how to reach silit?
Next to ungoro crater.
You cannot get the power back.
what does power mean?
the staff is character bound and not account bound. means you need to get it on each character individually.
on your new magician you can either get the staff or not, its up to you. you dont really need the staff.

I passed zone 52 adventures of a magician and unlocked the slots of the artifact but the slots remained inactive
I think you need to follow Sanekoβs advice and post in your own language forums.
Nothing you do will activate the staff and you canβt seem to understand this.
Update: Player made a thread over at RU forums so I guess this one could be locked?
