Having the exact same issue.
Made a personal recrafting order for my alt.
Logged into alt, filled order.
Log back into main and all my acuity has disappeared.
Also filed a bug report.

Saved up acuity to upgrade all my mage’s profession equipment.
made a crafting order for an alt to make a fishing pole last night.
Now my mage has no acuity bar the 10 from some fleeting arcane manifestations after disenchanting today.

after weekly reset Acuity has returned and is visable in the crafting interface
Yesterday had 290 artisan´s acuity. Not enough to craft Aertisan Needle Set as you need 300 so i thought tomorrow will get it and make the craft. Today i logged in and went straight to craft 2 patrons order, went to mail, opened the items and went to craft the profession equipment and… not enough artisan´s acuity because im down to 160 today. no wonder im having such a hard time leveling up professions.
