I did the quest that gives you 350 artisan’s acuity before wednesday’s reset, kept it until i can get more points so i can craft higher lvl tailor’s coat. wednesday i log in, and seem to only have 50 left. Checked my tailoring, the coat is still on first craft and i don’t have any in my bags or equipped. upset, i contact CS and they say “go check the forums”.
So i do orders, gain more and manage to reach 200. I get frustrated so i go lvl an alt.
Came back today after i lvl’d my alt, and AGAIN, my acuity is gone, only 50 left.
What the fudge is going on? my alt isn’t losing any acuity, no one on the forums is reporting this. Can someone help me? i’m already way behind on crafting.

I did not encounter this issue so far in this expansion… but I had a simmilar problem in Dragonflight… from what I remember they fixed the Drangonflight one… maybe if enough ppl report it they will fix yours as well. In Dragonflight… the artisan mettle was dissapering from bank slots. They probably had a gooblin infestation. 
Am I the only one that feels like an unpaid blizzard employee from quality assurance department?

I just had 50 or 60 acuity disappear, yesterday I had 120 or 130, I didn’t craft anything that uses it and now I have 70

looks like i’m never getting those acuity back. lost out on 400+ acuity. and i doubt anyone officially from the blue side is even going to see this.

Well this just happened to me. I lost about 320 Acuity, after either submitting a crafting order for a skinning knife or maybe after relogging after that (not sure exactly when it disappeared), so I submitted a bug ticket, but don’t know if they gonna do something about it.
Edit: Next day I got the Acuity back in my inventory, so either they fixed it or it just fixed by itself.

Exact same thing happened to me on two characters :
- Personal crafting order on an alt for Earthen Jeweler’s Cover (was 4-5 days ago). The order used all my acuity. I don’t know exactly how much i had but more than 300.
- Today, another personal crafting order to the same alt for Earthen Forgemaster’s Apron, again used all my acuity, i had 900+, all gone …
Opened a ticket but no help of course, submitted a bug report also …
Weeks of farming acuity to lost all in a single crafting order … nice one

So this has been reported and investigated a few times though we’ve not been able to identify any issues and most cases seem to come down to simple confusion:
If you’re absolutely certain some has gone missing, a bug report would indeed be the way to go.

My acuity is back on both of my characters today after the maintenance (100 on the first one and 618 on my warrior). I don’t know if someone did something but I get it all back

I can say its still happening.Made a personal order to my alt to recraft equipment and when i logged back all my artisan acuity was gone.

And after hour or two artisan acuity is back in my reagent bag. Also did a bug report but i cant tell if that helped or not.

They don’t fix bugs within a mere hour or two. Most likely you had a display glitch which corrected itself.

It also happened to me. I had over 200, made a recraft order, after relogging to another char, fulfilling the order, coming back, I have found 0. Let hope it will come back later as some of you experienced. If not then it will be sad as this currency is so much hard to get.

It is back now. Even in the former bag’s slot. Odd bug, clearly.

This issue is still around, I just lost my acuity too.
I had about 900 of it, posted 2 orders 300 each, logged to my other characters to do the orders, logged back to the first one and there is an empty slot instead of ~300 acuity.
I did not delete it, I did not post additional orders for it since I would see it in the order history.
Can I get it back too, please?
Edit: I also got it back.
Same thing just happened to me, it’s just vanished from my reagen bank, i got someone to fill my crafting order and i just noticed all my Artisan’s Acuity had vanished, hope it comes back.
update Just check up on my reagen bank they have returned.
A bug report !? … did you guys seen the notes on Feedback and BugReports!?
Who would want to submit a Feedback or BugReport considering that note!?
In the old ages if someone would come on your property and stole something from you, you would go and retrieve the stolen items by yourself and punish the ones responsible as you would see fit!
After… when we’ve got goverments and police these actions were attributed to the police (that took your complain while comforting you, investigated it, found and restored the items you lost and then punish the culprit)
Now the items we keep loosing are because of Blizzard… they police themselfs but then apply NO PUNISHMENTs to themselfs… how is this fair!? The Only Ones Suffering Are WE the CLIENTs!
The statement “seem to come down to simple confusion” is infuriating… a ton of ppl report same problem and you are telling us … we are confused? Are you kidding us? You are the ones confused… this game is FULL of Bugs… everywhere… and it is getting worse and worse every day. We are not confused … you are… do your jobs responsible and fix the problems or eventualy you will loose your jobs as we the clients will say we had enough and stop paying your lazy asses.
