No it’s SOD. Warrior isnt good @25, it never was en never will be. So stop the annoying whining allready! Play another class till next expansion comes or GTF OUT!!
Now imagine how infuriating it wouldve been if one of the early runes main purpose was to tag mobs instead of actually killing them!
I do get the frustration though, dont get me wrong here.

You’re a grown person, so you may be intellegent enough to understand this simple thing, if you don’t then, it’s your own problem.
You gotta equip a bow or gun to tag. At least that’s what I did back in vanilla
Victory Rush is incredible. Your issue is not using Victory Rush to it’s strengths. You’re a Warrior, fight green difficulty mobs and you will level faster than any other method and with Victory Rush you will never need to eat.
It’s literally the most powerful levelling ability in your spellbook.
The rank 1 parse for the BFD raid all classes is a 2handed Warrior.

Had little problems leveling to 25, just stay a bit away from spawn locations and click “Tab” constantly, when you target an enemy that had just spawned, charge it. The actual problem start at lvl 25. Had absolute worst luck looking for groups for dungeon. Nobody wants warriors in their groups, especially DPS warriors. Disappointing, everyone min maxing again.
