Pretty weak bench, 60kg should be the default for all adults, even if they’ve never stepped foot in a gym in their lives. Or they have lived in some utopia inside a bubble wrap without ever lifting a muscle to perform any basic task. Almost any ordinary job or sport is physical enough to make you bench atleast double than that for a warmup or the bro is just born weak. Look at Don Frye, the guy looks like he benched three times as much the day after he was born

Man, why is citizens benefit named burgergeld on german and does it refer to hamburger and please tell that it is joke of sort that atleast one can buy one hamburger to eat or something like it, or why would they name it burger. with the name “politicians zocken” and one of them took the avatar name “zockender Lukas”
before Burgergeld it was “hartz iv” and this name had really bad reputation, and to make it “less antisocial” they called it Burgergeld so it sounds more “harmless” but still goofy enough to meme it
it would have made more sense to call it Beer money/ or cigarette money

60 kg is too heavy for someone with zero experience in sports; even for 1 rep. People should only use machines first 1-2 month before starting training with free weights to gain enough strenght to prevent injuries. I would say if you can do body weight x 12 reps in bench press you are pretty strong for someone natural. I could do body weight (80 kg) x 20 reps and 100 kg x 6 reps. I had been training for 7 years before quitting 8 years ago because of life priorities. If only i didn’t quit but slow down the tempo instead.
Thats very good yea u do normal bench or dumbels i had a insane injury w normal bench after doung 110 for 9 reps so i stopped sfter that im only doing dumbels i cannot explain how the f i can train better w dumbeels cause the range is way more if u dont have a bar its a Mysterium so to say.
If u didnt quit u would be a strong guy i can guarantee u that.

Dumbell bench and shoulder press are very dangerous. My many friends and even my pro trainer dislocated their shoulders while doing these 2 moves. Never do these 2 moves with free dumbells; it doesn’t worth if you aren’t pro. Always use smith machine, especially for shoulder press.
60kg is the warmup for any regular bloke that has never tested bench in their lives, and after it he dont even need to do it again, like the saying that only non-gifted work out
Funny, i have always prefered dumbells. There was a time where i would use the bench with a bar but in the end i always ended up using dumbells again instead.
