Trying to get the Ascended Skymane mount. I rung all 5 bells in five different locations. After the last one, message appeared in general chat: Ascended Council will be summoned on location in 1 min. I flow to the Aspirants Crucible, waited for all 5 of them to arrive. Defeated them all. They all bowed to me. No chest appeared, nothing.
Character was alliance, level 80, WM off.
Is this bugged at the moment?
