I’m trying to gain this cloak on an alt hunter. I have the “An unwelcome advisor” but Anduin Wrynn is not in the keep so I am assuming this has something to do with the patch. Is it still possible to complete the quest or the quest chain?

Just an update to this. I invited a level 20 player to a group and used party sync to see Anduin Wrynn and hand the quest in. The follow up quests, so far, seem to be working fine.
