Asking us to leave recurring payment on "pause"

when trying to cancel reoccurring subs you ask us to “pause” our payments that will automatically start up again

how about this, you b(lizzard entertainment) letting us pause active game time, so we can use it more efficiently instead of feeling like needing to play every day or lose time ?

why shouldn’t I be able to just hit pause and take a week off ?

ps:while we are on the topic if moneygrubbing, how about one sub all regions ? why do I have to pay twice to play with my friends in the US and the EU ??? the world is a much smaller place than it was 20 years ago

What I am getting is they want to pay for a month but use it in bits and pieces, pausing it on and off until used up.

It’s a sub, you pay for a month you have access for a month, there is no pause. People take breaks from the game ofc. They cancel their sub, then pick it up again later.

What the OP wants is only available in the Asian countries where they pay per hour and min-max their efficiency. Things like gaming cafes are more prevalent there too.

You’ll need to have a seperate upgrade key and gametime for each game license you want to have active, even if it’s 8 in the same EU region. This and price differences, local law etc.

Do you pause your mortgage payments if you are away on holiday? or do you stop paying for Netflix if you dont watch anything that week?

Yes, lets pause all subs while we aren’t “using” them. That way I’ll get 36 years out of a months phone contract. :roll_eyes:
