if only it was that easy… i would love nothing more than asmongold to disappear from the internet. (obviously not in a malicious way)

I know a guy who can supply the ‘malicious way’. He’s called Smack Tony, lives in a lock up in Putney, gets very angry and sometimes shouts at dogs, he once punched a seagull square in the face, and did a number two in a bin, he used to sleep in some rolled up carpet from a 1970’s adult movie called “tales of the unexpected” Very classy. He does have a shooter though, so he could do the job. Just say the word taps his nose

You know those old adverts where they say “This is your brain on Drugs”…

They should just have one going “This is your brain after a conversation with Brigante”.

the fear is everything good eventually gets ruined when it becomes too popular for the wrong reasons…

and asmongold is only in it for the money…

i hope it doesn’t damage ff14 too badly. its the last genuinely GOOD mmorpg on the market right now.

I don’t know who he is and therefore I don’t care what he will play.

where he goes his legion of 40k+ fans follow pretty much… how someone like him got so popular… speaks volumes about the culture wow promoted.

Not touching that vid, do you know how many Asmo videos I had to report for sexual assault to get him off my suggested vids?

ikr i watches one of his compilation fan made videos back when classic launched originally… and was rejecting asmongold videos for about a year afterwards.

Ok cool. I wish them a one-way trip.

Video title says “I will try FFXIV”, this is hardly switching over.

The cross-over popularity seems more like an illusion than reality, to me.

I mean, WoW has a big audience in the US and the EU.

FFXIV is big in Japan.

WoW has almost no playerbase in Japan.

So whilst WoW and FFXIV may compete for a small share of each other’s audience (which gets amplified on social media as if one is killing the other), both games have their own base that don’t really overlap much with the other.

Western versus Asian.

I get the vibes op didn’t watch his own video (or the majority replying to it). He’ll be playing 9.1. Just looking for something to fill the gap.

I’m sure the FF community are just desperate to welcome him.

Does he have enough saliva to cope with the in game shop FF has?
